Leticia Wade
Founder/ President
A mother of three, a dance instructor, and youth advocate, she is passionate about the life long lessons and positive effects being involved in extra curriculars have. Instilling a life long confidence, keeping them connected to themselves, their peers, and influential adults; creating a resilience and motivation against other outlets they may come across. "I am thrilled for the growth and future of Build Them Up AK! The youth we have helped, and all the youth we will. My goal is that we will be a well supported so that no youth is excluded in pursuing their passions."
Deb Morton
Vice President

Deb Morton is the supervisor for the Recruiting Placement and Mentoring section with Alaska Youth Military Academy, Co-Director for Alaska United America Pageant, and she has just added board member for Build Them Up AK. Among the hats she wears are: mom, wife, mentor, and coach. She is a passionate youth advocate which is why she was so excited to join the BTU team.

Katherine Hardy
Secretary
Kathrine Hardy is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years’ experience in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. She currently lives in Anchorage, Alaska with her husband Ron of 28 years! A veteran that served in the Army during Operation Desert Shield/Storm as a Blackhawk Mechanic!
She became involved with Build Them Up while helping Leticia Wade, Mrs. Alaska United States 2018, with her platform. She is a strong advocate for keeping kids involved in activities they love, and this is the perfect partnership to help make this happen. She is honored to be a Board Member, and excited to be involved in this valuable mission!

Angela Cox
Treasurer
Angela is home educator dedicated to community service and the power of our youth. She serves with the Alaska Centennial Veterans Lions Club. She loves what Build Them Up AK stands for and looks forward to helping build a long lasting scholarship program benefiting our youth for years to come.
Sydney Carle
Marketing/Media
Sydney Carle is an alaskan girl at heart, living in Wasilla Alaska with her Husband Connor Carle and their fur babes. She is the owner and photographer behind Alaska Gypsy Co. A registered nurse practicing in the mother baby unit and 2019 Alaska State Fair Princess. As a member from the beginning and creator of the Build Them up logo, she has played an essential part to the team and is thrilled to continue helping Build Them Up grow.
